This Privacy Policy explains how Voice Planner collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website, landing pages, dashboard, Alexa Skill, Notion connection, license system, Free Starter Kit, and related services.

Voice Planner is an Alexa Skill connected to Notion. It helps users create, read, complete, and delete tasks in a connected Notion task database by voice through Alexa.

By using Voice Planner, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Voice Planner uses this information only to provide the service requested by the user.

Voice Planner reads open tasks from the connected Notion task database. Completed tasks are marked as done and should no longer appear when Voice Planner reads open tasks.

Alexa-related information

When you use the Voice Planner Alexa Skill, we may receive information needed to process your request, including:

• Alexa account linking identifiers;

• the command or intent requested;

• task-related information needed to complete the request;

• information required to connect your Alexa interaction with your Voice Planner account.

  
  

Voice Planner does not control Amazon Alexa’s own voice processing, recordings, device data, or Amazon account data. Amazon’s handling of Alexa data is governed by Amazon’s own privacy policies and settings.

License and purchase information

If you purchase or activate a Voice Planner license, we may store:

• license key;

• license status;

• purchase date;

• amount paid;

• currency;

• user ID connected to the license;

Voice Planner does not store full payment card details. Payments are processed by third-party payment or checkout providers.

Free Starter Kit and marketing information

If you download the Voice Planner Free Starter Kit, join an email list, or submit a form through our landing pages, we may collect:

5. Sensitive information

Voice Planner processes the task content that you choose to store in your connected Notion database or provide through Alexa.

This means that if you create tasks related to personal, family, health, medicine, financial, work, or other sensitive matters, Voice Planner may process that information only to provide the requested task-management service.

Voice Planner is not a medical, healthcare, financial, legal, emergency, or professional advice service.

Do not use Voice Planner for emergencies, urgent medical needs, critical reminders, or situations where failure to receive or hear a task could cause harm.

6. How we share information

We may share limited information with third-party services only when needed to operate Voice Planner.

These services may include:

• Notion, to read and update your connected task database;

• Amazon Alexa, to process Alexa Skill interactions and account linking;

• hosting, database, and infrastructure providers;

• payment and checkout providers;

• email, support, and customer communication tools;

• Systeme.io, Gumroad, or similar platforms if used for landing pages, email capture, or Starter Kit delivery;

• analytics or security tools, if enabled.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, security investigation, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Voice Planner, users, or others.

We do not sell your personal data.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

Voice Planner may receive and store limited purchase information needed to activate or manage your license, such as purchase status, amount paid, currency, purchase date, and license status.

Voice Planner does not store full credit card numbers or full payment card details.

Our website, landing pages, dashboard, or third-party tools may use cookies or similar technologies for:

Voice Planner connects with third-party services, including Notion and Amazon Alexa.

Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, privacy policies, permissions, and account settings.

Voice Planner is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.

13. Children’s privacy

Voice Planner is not intended for children under 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to Voice Planner, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

14. International users

If you access Voice Planner from outside the country where our systems or service providers are located, your information may be processed in other countries.

15. Free Starter Kit note

The Voice Planner Free Starter Kit does not activate a Voice Planner license.

License activation happens separately during the official Voice Planner setup flow.

Downloading the Starter Kit may require submitting your email address through a landing page, email platform, Gumroad, or similar third-party service.

16. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of Voice Planner after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
