These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions for using Voice Planner, including our website, landing pages, dashboard, Alexa Skill, Notion connection, license system, Free Starter Kit, and related services.

By using Voice Planner, creating an account, connecting Notion, linking Alexa, purchasing a license, downloading the Free Starter Kit, or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Voice Planner.

1. Who we are

2. What Voice Planner does

Voice Planner is an Alexa Skill connected to Notion.

Voice Planner helps users manage tasks in a connected Notion task database by voice through Alexa.

Voice Planner may allow users to:

• read or query open Notion tasks;

• create one new task at a time;

• complete tasks;

• delete tasks;

• manage task name, date, time, category, priority, and status where supported.

Voice Planner is designed to make it faster to access your Notion task system by voice. It does not replace Notion.

3. Requirements to use Voice Planner

To use Voice Planner, you need:

• a Voice Planner account;

• a Notion account;

• a connected Notion task database;

• access to Alexa;

• a valid Voice Planner license, where required;

• internet access;

• any required third-party accounts, devices, or permissions.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your own Notion account, Alexa account, internet connection, devices, and connected services.

4. Account and setup

You may need to create an account and complete the guided setup process before using Voice Planner.

You are responsible for providing accurate information during setup and keeping your login details secure.

You must not share, sell, transfer, or misuse your account or license without permission.

5. Notion connection

Voice Planner requires access to your connected Notion task database in order to provide the service.

By connecting Notion, you authorize Voice Planner to access and update the connected task database according to the permissions you grant.

Voice Planner may read, create, update, complete, or delete tasks only as needed to perform the actions you request.

You are responsible for choosing the correct Notion database and for keeping your Notion workspace organized and accessible.

6. Alexa Skill use

To use Voice Planner through Alexa, you must say:

“Alexa, open Voice Planner.”

Voice Planner depends on Amazon Alexa to process voice interactions and route requests to the Voice Planner Skill.

Voice recognition, device behavior, availability, and Alexa account settings are controlled by Amazon, not Voice Planner.

Your use of Alexa is also subject to Amazon’s own terms, privacy policies, device settings, and account settings.

7. Task accuracy and user responsibility

Voice Planner tries to process your voice commands accurately, but it may not always understand or complete every request correctly.

You are responsible for reviewing important tasks, deadlines, reminders, and information in your Notion database.

Voice Planner should not be used as the only system for critical, urgent, medical, financial, legal, emergency, or safety-related reminders.

8. Service limitations

Voice Planner is a task-management voice interface.

Voice Planner does not provide:

• medical advice;

• financial advice;

• legal advice;

• emergency services;

• automatic payments;

• banking services;

• budget automation;

• tutoring services;

• autonomous life management;

• AI agent services;

• full Notion replacement;

• long note or document management by voice.

Voice Planner helps you access and manage Notion tasks by voice. It does not guarantee that every task, reminder, date, time, category, or priority will always be processed perfectly.

9. Licenses and payments

Some features of Voice Planner may require a paid license.

License details, pricing, included features, and payment terms will be shown during the official Voice Planner setup or checkout process.

A “lifetime” license, if offered, means access to the paid Voice Planner service for as long as Voice Planner is offered and your account remains in good standing, subject to these Terms.

Voice Planner may change pricing, offers, features, or license terms for future customers. Existing purchases will be handled according to the terms shown at the time of purchase, unless changes are required for legal, security, platform, or operational reasons.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Voice Planner does not store full payment card details.

Refunds, if available, will be described at checkout or in the applicable refund policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Free Starter Kit

Voice Planner may offer a Free Starter Kit, command examples, setup materials, guides, or other downloadable resources.

The Free Starter Kit does not activate a Voice Planner license.

License activation happens separately during the official Voice Planner setup flow.

Starter Kit content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and may be updated or changed over time.

11. Third-party services

Voice Planner works with third-party services, including Notion and Amazon Alexa.

Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, privacy policies, permissions, limitations, and availability.

Voice Planner is not responsible for third-party service outages, changes, restrictions, errors, policy updates, pricing changes, account issues, or discontinued features.

If Notion, Amazon Alexa, payment providers, hosting providers, or other third-party services change their systems or policies, Voice Planner may need to update, limit, modify, or discontinue some features.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Voice Planner to:

• break the law;

• violate third-party rights;

• access accounts, databases, or information without permission;

• interfere with the security or operation of Voice Planner;

• reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the service;

• upload, store, or process harmful, abusive, illegal, or malicious content;

• use the service in a way that could damage Voice Planner, Notion, Alexa, or other users.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.

13. Intellectual property

Voice Planner, including its name, logo, branding, website content, landing pages, guides, command packs, setup materials, designs, and related materials, belongs to Voice Planner or its owners.

You may use Voice Planner materials only for your personal setup and use of the service.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, rebrand, or commercially exploit Voice Planner materials without written permission.

14. Updates and changes to the service

Voice Planner may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

We may release updates to improve reliability, security, setup, compatibility, Alexa interactions, Notion integration, licensing, or user experience.

Some changes may be required because of updates from Amazon Alexa, Notion, payment providers, hosting providers, or other third-party services.

15. Availability

Voice Planner is provided online and depends on third-party platforms, internet access, cloud infrastructure, Notion, Alexa, and other technical systems.

We do not guarantee that Voice Planner will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, account, workspace, database, or setup.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, security, abuse prevention, or technical reasons.

16. Disclaimer

Voice Planner is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voice Planner makes no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly accurate, or suitable for every specific purpose.

You use Voice Planner at your own discretion and responsibility.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voice Planner and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, missed tasks, missed reminders, business interruption, or issues caused by third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18. Termination

You may stop using Voice Planner at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• you violate these Terms;

• your license is invalid, expired, refunded, or revoked;

• your account is used in an abusive, fraudulent, or harmful way;

• required third-party services become unavailable;

• we are required to do so for legal, security, or operational reasons.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

ITALIA

Any disputes will be handled according to the applicable laws and courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of Voice Planner after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
